Returns Lock State of SkillName.

Return value: 0 - Skill UP, 1 - Skill DOWN, 2 - Skill LOCKED.

GetStatLockState

function GetStatLockState(statNum : Byte) : ShortInt;

statNum : STR - 0, DEX - 1, INT - 2.

Stealth have 3 constants: statSTR=0, statDEX=1, statINT=2.



Returns Lock State of Stat.

Return value: 0 - Stat UP, 1 - Stat DOWN, 2 - Stat LOCKED.
