it's not chinese language,it's garbled.

yes, it's just incoming english text, not cliloc.

but i have set up uo.cfg and reinstall .
UserLanguageCodeString=CHT

UO client is not a translator. If incoming cliloc message number - yes, it search it in localized messages list.
But in this case - incoming message not a cliloc number, but just english text. char by char in unicode format.
